Giving Items a Second Life · Community & Charity

One Person's
Treasure Awaits.

Not everything we collect needs disposing of. Thousands of perfectly usable items pass through our hands every month — furniture, appliances, clothing, electronics. We work with London charities and upcycling partners to ensure working items find a new home rather than a landfill.

The Journey of a Rescued Item

Every item that enters our van gets assessed. If it has life left in it, we find it a new home.

We Collect from You

You book a clearance as normal. Our 2-man team arrives and loads everything. No need to separate — we do the sorting.

We Assess Each Item

At our hub, trained staff assess every item. Working appliances, good-condition furniture, and usable textiles are flagged for rehoming rather than disposal.

Donated to Charity Partners

Suitable items go directly to our network of 14+ London charities and community furniture banks who redistribute to people in need across the city.

Listed in Our Household Goods Shop

Items not donated may be listed in our Household Goods section at a fraction of retail price. Community members and bargain hunters can browse and request via WhatsApp.

Upcycling process

This is not a free service

Our upcycling programme runs alongside standard clearance — you still pay for the collection. The environmental benefit is your bonus. For single items from a full clearance, we actively look for rehoming options at no extra charge.

New fridge arriving Thursday? Old washing machine finally given up? Don't let it sit on the pavement. We collect, assess, and either rehome or responsibly recycle your old appliance — properly, legally, and without you lifting a finger.

Is your old item still working?

A working fridge, washing machine, or sofa has real value to someone. If the item is in good condition and functional, our team will flag it during assessment, and we'll actively try to rehome it through our charity network or list it in our community goods shop.

Don't have enough for a full load? Don't let that stop you. Single item collections are available. Contact us and we'll give you a fair quote — we'd always rather collect one good sofa than have it become fly-tip waste.

Our Charity Partners

We work with London-based organisations who redistribute usable items directly to families and individuals in need.

Community Furniture Networks

Redistributing sofas, beds, and dining sets to families transitioning from temporary accommodation across East London.

Clothing & Textile Banks

Washed and sorted clothing donated to local clothing banks serving refugees and homeless shelters across London.

Schools & Learning Centres

Working computers, desks, and school equipment directed to state schools and community learning hubs with limited budgets.

Food & Community Hubs

Kitchen equipment, crockery, and white goods pass to community kitchens and foodbanks supporting London's most vulnerable.

Are you a charity or community organisation?

We welcome partnerships with London-based registered charities and community groups. If you can redistribute household items to people in need, get in touch — we may be able to supply items from our clearances at no cost.
